Emma Thompson is also writing the movie beside starring in it.

we know that in the 2016 Brexit set film Emma Thompson will play her mother from ex Yugoslavia, Clarke will be a hopeless girl who works as an elf in a Christmas shop, while Golding will play Tom, a night-time courier who volunteers at a homeless shelter and does not fit into the modern world.
